SALARY: £30,518 - £32,061 per annum and benefits
CONTRACT: full-time, permanent contract
HOURS: 37.5 hours each week
LOCATION: Bristol (with requirement to travel across Avon and Somerset)
CLOSING DATE: 13th May
INTERVIEW DATE: Tuesday 19th May
SALARY: £30,518 to £32,061 (pro rata per annum)
CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: 18.5 per week
LOCATION: Offices are located in Bristol but there will be some home working. There is a requirement to travel across Avon and Somerset area so driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
CLOSING DATE: Midnight on Tuesday 12th May 2026
INTERVIEW DATE: Wednesday 20th or Thursday 21st May 2026 (afternoon only)
Female* Mental Health Crisis Worker
SALARY: £26,132 – £26,861 and benefits.
CONTRACT: full-time, permanent
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week on a rota system
LOCATION: North Bristol

Volunteer story – Annabel
‘I volunteered with Missing Link for a year while I was studying. I wanted to volunteer to gain experience for a future career in psychology and also because of my strong belief in the importance of women’s services.
I’ve found the role interesting and intellectually challenging – there’s never a dull day which I really liked. Taking calls from service users was the most rewarding element; being able to offer help to someone who’s taken the courage to reach out in a time of need feels amazing.
The role gave me great experience interacting with service users, as well as an in-depth understanding of the mental health, homelessness and domestic abuse services available in Bristol. Thanks to this, and my desire to be involved in support after the initial call, I applied for a job with Missing Link and was successful! I’m really thankful I became a volunteer as the role has set me on the career path I’ve been aiming for.’
